We drove to West Virginia to a KOA where we intended to stay, unfortunately we had an issue with our support jacks. It was around 3pm and I wanted to push on to Onslow so that we could get somewhere that we could get a RV repair visit to evaluate the hydraulics and make sure we didn’t get stuck somewhere. Ed was worried that the drive to Onslow was too far, so we compromised to push to Enfield, stay hooked up and then get to Onslow nice and early. That way, we can get a service call in if needed.
The drive was horrendous as we did not account for driving right through Washington DC during rush hour; which turned into rush HOURS. I was exhausted by the time we arrived in Enfield. We did get a nice spot and the campground at Enfield. If we are in the area again, this would be an option for us.
Onto Onslow in the morning…
